Nilesh I. Dharia, FCA, B.Com

Mr. Nilesh I. Dharia is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 35 years of experience in the field of Auditing and Taxation. After completing his Chartered Accountancy course, in the year 1983, he joined the firm as a partner and under his expertise, the firm scaled to newer highs. He is the senior most partner of the firm with 35 years of experience in the field taxation and Audit & Assurance services.

He has worked on reviewing Internal Controls as well as designing Internal Financial Control Systems of companies across industries in different sectors.

Wasim S. Shaikh, FCA, B.com

Wasim Shaikh is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate from Mumbai University. He worked at various organisations after completing his Chartered Accountancy in the field of Taxation. He thereby handled Income-tax assessment, litigation matters and representing before the Assessing Officers and CIT Appeals. He has rich knowledge of erstwhile Service-tax and now Goods and Service Tax in the field of Indirect Taxes.

Chinkit N. Gandhi, FCA, B.com

Chinkit N. Gandhi, qualified in 2015 is the youngest partner at the firm. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Commerce graduate from H. R. College of Commerce and Economics.

His major area of experience includes Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits and Indirect Tax. Team of professional trainees report to him and he heads the Statutory and Tax Audits of the firm.

He has ability to understand the business environment coupled with sound financial and accounting background. He also overlooks Indirect-tax profile at the firm.
